A Message from the CEO

In my work, I empower others to foster positive change and nurture their intrinsic desire to promote harmony, peace, and confidence not only in themselves, but in the world that surrounds them.

My name is Caroll Sims, and since I was a small child, I was blessed with a keen sense of awareness and an innate grasp of intuition.  As I grew, it became increasingly aware to me that so many people walk through their lives bereft of a purpose in life and unaware of their potential for a life full of wonder.  As a young girl, I felt the universe had handed me my mission:  I needed to help others who were lost, frustrated, scared, confused, or stuck by walking with them down the path of self-discovery and encourage them to free themselves of all that holds them down.

My mission became my passion, and as adolescence transitioned into adulthood, I sought the teachings of Integrated Self-Empowerment Therapy.  Through the tutelage of these amazing women, I was able to grow my vision and build on my passion for helping others discover their own power.  In recent years, I was fortunate enough to have the founders of ISET pass the reigns on to me.  I personally have handpicked every ISET practitioner, choosing only individuals who would honor the mission and shared my passion for helping and inspiring others to create positive change in their lives.  I personally welcome you to ISET and want you to know that I am personally invested in your personal growth, success, and happiness.
